So, you guys all know about Liliemor the enclave bear, well what does she ever do with them?

Well, what if she's murdering them and that's the meat chunks we find in explore, she takes the unwanted potato pups and make then makes them to something we all want? Food. Or maybe even giving some to dream land Tala and thats the wolf tail? This is what happens to your 25 SC wolfs.

Lillemor works with the mafia snake, she steals the pups of wolves who don't complete his quests.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that she puts the pups up for adoption for one day, and then at RO she feasts on all the un-adopted pups. She LOVES pups.

The pup survival rates are also significant. By the time a pup is weaned, it's usually at 100% innate survival. But if you send that pup to the enclave, and it's adopted the next day, it'll be down to 50% survival. Why? I suspect it's because Lillemor has her pup feast in front of all the newly-enclaved pups. They're all traumatized. No wonder their survival rate plummets.
