[ Pibbit & rotturs ] The Story of Two Packs!

Catalina sighed, watching as the pups ran underfoot. They were happy and healthy, she should be happy as well. She lifted her muzzle to the trees overhead, wishing to see her friend Alune once more.

Alune stopped and gasped as she stopped behind her friend. "CATA!"

Catalina turned, fur bristling in shock. "Alune?" She stared at the black and white wolf, eyes grey but warm. it had been so long. "How... Did you track us?"

Alune went over to her, pressing her muzzle against her neck. "I was coming through here a couple weeks ago when I found your scent and I was able to tell Echo about my idea to search for you."

Catalina leaned into Alune, breathing in the scent of her. "I missed you so much! How is Echo? How are the others? How have you been?" The questions came quickly and without breathing. 

Alune looked at her and smiled. "We're good, we started our own pack! And Echo and Meu are together as well!" She takes a deep breath. "Everyone's okay now." She smiles, "And how are you, dear friend!"

"I'm so happy! I was so worried about you all, but I'm glad you're okay." Catalina smiled. "I always knew you would do well on your own." She nodded to the litter of pups still playing. "We have grown and are doing well."

Alune greeted the pups. "Are these all yours?!" She chuckled.

Cat yipped, "No. None of them are. They are mostly pups we've taken in. There should always be a second chance, we know that best."
