Terms Of Service
Please keep in mind that I am also a human being, I will not work faster if you pester me about your commission, but I will provide you with up to date info throughout the process.
○ Please read - You have rights to request changes throughout the creation progress.
- Please be available, communication is essential.
- If you can't use Wolvden, alternative communication methods can be discussed.
- Due copyright laws I won't draw Copyrighted characters such as Harry Potter, Spider-Man etc. ○○ My Rights:
- Do not claim art being made by you.
- I can refuse taking the commission for any reason.
- I am comfortable with most topics, but anything considered very icky/taboo, I won't do.
- I have rights to edit these rules if I see fit to change something. ○○ Your Rights:
- You can't resell my artwork, but you can pass it on to the next owner if you sell your entire character to them.
- You have full freedom to use artwork anywhere/and anyway you desire, and while I can't force you, I would ask you to credit me somewhere: Rohtotohtori.deviantART.com
- You can cancel the commission at all times before I start working. If you cancel after work has already started you're required to pay half the fee.
- The artwork will be up on my Stash for 2 weeks, in which after I remove it. PLEASE save the artwork to your own computer before it.
- You have 2 weeks time ask small changes after the artwork has been completed and approved by you.
