What counts as a minor lineart change?

@BreezyDraws - a minor lineart change would be to remove, add, or change a single small feature for example you can remove the tufts of fur on the legs of a female butterpup or add them on a male or you could change the eye style or length of the tail you could even add some horns on their heads ... things like that
