Mentor Leasing

Oppose, just make a traveling wolf. Last time I checked mentor doesn't have a cooldown so it can be put on/taken off at will. Just make your wolf a traveling wolf, send them out, they can make them a mentor, use them, and then send them back. Feels like a lot of coding just to save players a minute of time.

Not everyone makes or wants a traveling wolf esp if there's a hard time getting them to move along via finding someone willing to take them. Plus, there's no guarantee that the traveler has the right stats to train let alone the right age as they have to be at least 5 yrs and lv 5 to be a mentor.

Those were problems i saw when i had traveling wolves and decided to close out of it when that issue was a thing and still might be now. Been some months since i last checked really but that's an issue. Too many travelers and not enough people willing/wanting to take them in.

Plus the devs are coding a lot of stuff anyway that we've yet to get and i feel like they can just use something like the stud code just with some tweaking to have it done and test it out before releasing it
Sorry if that seems insensitive, not trying to be.
Still waiting for the herbalist update and alchemist roles to come in plus devs are stuck on group and event work. they're working too hard i feel at times and hopefully they're getting enough rest and taking care of themselves despite some hype for new things going around :"D

I personally don't want any part of the traveling wolf system. It's a cool thing, but it's not for me. I don't want to wrangle it to be able to find fitting Mentors.
