Hello!  I would love to draw such an interesting character, check out my shop for examples!  I know the price for customs doesnt quite match your budget, but if you're interested in my style I could work out a lower price or do the piece for a mixture of currency and salves :)  I've always enjoyed drawing such unique creatures, but its been a while, so I'm more than willing to cut you a deal if my style works for you!
