Could i get a half body coloured?

Bear with me as ive never had human art drawn before so had to come up with a character  (well dig the depths of my 12 year olds self memory) and try my best to explain it so hear it goes 

So female, long wavy white hair, purple-blue eyes and light freckles, pale-skinned, does fire bending stuff (like the last Airbender kind), shes about 18, kinda sassy, bit of a flirt and loves a bit of danger. She wears baggy shirts (faded red in colour) and black jeans. Small white studs in both her ears.... and thats all i got
