I need help with the Coigreach!

There is a quest for the Coigreach that I can't seem to do. Does anyone know how to find and explore caves?

Caves are found only during nighttime - they're a lot harder to come across right now since it's summer and daytime is so much longer. They're found at random while exploring, so it's entirely RNG, but they should appear in every biome.

If you aren't sure what it looks like, it's the encounter to follow a single wisp. Following it leads into a longer encounter and when you follow the prompts to the end, you'll have explored the cave.
