The fundamental problem is, everyone wants GC to purchase grove items and custom decor, and SC is only useful for slots of both the gambling and den variety, raccoon wares, and the occasional transaction with other players (although most of that is done with GC). We need something to balance the scales. Something that people need to keep buying, again and again and again, something desirable. Enter the black sage! Sages are essentially mandatory for a lot of high value litters- leaderboards litters, litters between two G1 T3s, and more! Black sages are the most commonly used since they're the most common in-game. Allowing this item to be purchasable in silver cones would allow for an in-game SC sink that we don't already have- people need to buy sages contiguously if they have multiple high-value litters planned! Obviously black sages would still be a high value item, but something in the realm of under 1000 sc would still be purchased frequently.	orderup #35470

If not Black Sage, then I'd love to see a new item from the fertility snake such as Loose Sage that guarantees a 3 pup litter and is somewhere around 150sc. I'd spam these for pretty much all of my litters that weren't getting heavier sages. I hate getting 1 or 2 pups out of a side litter, it feels like I might as well not even breed at all with the brutal 20 day cooldown.

If low end sages could be bought with SC, I'd buy them all the time. I'd want to use them on basically all my litters. I'd be sinking so so much SC into it that SC would be worth something to me again. I'd buy so much sage, and I know loads of other players would as well.

Sage is already only obtainable via SC from the game, so it wouldn't be cutting into the site's profits via GC. Black sage doesn't affect the desirability of grove items or custom decor, so people would continue to spend GC on those things. They'd just be spending lots of SC in a way that sinks it back into the game, which is something that's desperately needed.

Blue and white sage would remain slots exclusive to provide incentive to play slots....but honestly, gameplay wise, the main function of slots is to be an SC sink, and putting black sage for SC sale would do that job ten times better than slots does right now. Literally adding this one single item to fertility snake, or maybe a lower tier one like Gray suggests, would do so much to help the game economy.

Big support! Like Spontaneite, I'd buy so much sage (side-eyes my fav chaser who got two pups in her final litter) and also think it would be a great SC sink.

Support! I wouldn't even worry about this increasing overall wolf population by much either, since 'important' breedings (enough to warrant dropping [insert SC here]) tend to be few and far between :>

No support when they released the slots they stated eventually brand new items will be added to the slots and some old items will be added to events when we gain them. That means most likely sages will be added to a event when we get more of them, so there is no need to make the avaible for SC.

Plus the black sages are still not to expesive as of now and I am sure when they become event items the price will be affordable but we don't want them to common or we will run into issues down the line when it comes to wolf rarity and profit.

Edit: Also a lot of beta breeding items are not yet in game so something may in fact be added for SC in the future for that concern. So we may in fact see something cool for SC only breeding wise? If not more event related breeding items and maybe some SC related apps as LD has SB apps in some events etc.

Also about the afforable bit I mentioned GC is not hard to trade for SC and vice versa most black sages are about 2-5GC and the SC is about 390SC for 1GC. I have not had much issue swapping currency.
