Help with methods for Transparent BGs!🦋

Hello! As a growing artist, I have begun to explore deeper in the world of digital art and editing! :) I've begun working with transparent backgrounds, and of course there are many ways to do so.
When I first tried it, I went to "background removal" websites and put my images in there, with the site manually cutting the background from the image, although it did not work NEARLY as neatly and clean as I'd hoped, so I tried something else. I would use the site, than plug it into an art app I have (picsart) and than erase the remaining lines and marks myself, than finally creating the image and plugging it into a link site, and I would have my image for here on wolvden.

But I can't help but think I might be doing it a lot more complicated than I could be, and I'd like to know!
What do you guys do for making transparent backgrounds? What methods do you use?
Thank you so much for helping out a fellow artist :)

I use ibis paint since you can just hit save as a transparent

That makes a lot of sense, I was doing pretty much the same idea in picsart, and it seems to be working a lot better since it also just has a "cut background" option which I am currently using^^, my only critic would probably be I haven't been able to make the image itself smaller in my regular photo gallery without it removing the transparent background.
