Ceò laughed. "Who are you to govern what we can do here?"

The twisting in her stomach reaching a fever pitch, she turned and leapt back towards the lake, plunging in just as transformation overtook her.

Streaks of white melted though her hair, face elongating into that of a mare and fingers clumping together and hardening to form hooves..

The creature that burst forth from the lake was a full-blown kelpie borne aloth by a wave, dagger-sharp maw howling a ragged whinny and hooves clawing at the air. Ceò's eerie eyes glowed, mane and tail tangled with weeds and whipping in the wind.

Blizzard wasn't surprised by the transformation but the mare did seem quite dangerous, but she had an advantage, if the water was frozen, the kelpie wouldn't be able to control it. 		BlizzardOfDeath
