Hunting

Is there a reason why my hunting party keeps failing? This is legitimately the eighth time I've sent them out with no result. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a bug?

I'm pretty sure hunts will fail more often than not until your hunting party gains synergy and/or your wolves level up/gain hunting experience
