Rules
Before you order:
Payment
All payments are either made upfront or with a discussed down payment. If ordering with Wolvden currency/items, it is expected that you will send a ready to accept private trade.
The art will not be started until payment/down payment is received.
If paying with GBP, payments are made via PayPal.
Stealing
Do not copy, steal, trace (etc.) my artwork, even if the piece is for you.
Do not order art of OCs that do not belong to you (gifts exempt).
Slots
Slots are not FCFS.
Slots are based on what I feel able to do at a current period of time.
Do not order when slots are full/closed.
Declining an order
I reserve the right to decline any orders for any reason. I do not have to state why I have declined an order.
Reasons for declining an order may be, but are not limited to: unable to draw the design/species, the character contains a trigger or something of discomfort, I am not looking to do pieces of that style at the time, failure to follow rules.
References
I expect to be given a comprehensive digital reference of the character. Well-scanned traditional references are accepted.
References should not be shaded, too small, or watermarked.
Please specify any details you think I may miss/that are not on the reference.
Clarity
To ensure you get artwork you're happy with, I ask that you please be as clear and direct as possible!
struggle with interpreting things from time to time, so putting down what you want in a clear and direct way will make it easier for me to give you artwork you're happy with!
Now that you've ordered:
Time
For generic art pieces (normal style, pixels, smalls) the estimated wait time for the piece is anywhere from the same day up to 1 month after ordering.
For pieces with complex scenes, multiple characters, more complex designs, etc. I ask that you give me 2 months to complete the artwork.
Deadlines
I don't work well with tight deadlines. Please try to keep any deadlines one month in advance or just under.
If you want a much tighter deadline, this may come with an extra fee.
Updates
Updates for smaller pieces will likely not be provided as I tend to do them in one go.
Updates for bigger pieces may be requested.
Please only ask for an update after 2 weeks of ordering the art. After that, please only ask for an update once a week at most.
Cancelling and Refunds
If the order is cancelled by me (for example, due to unexpected life events) you will receive a full refund of whatever you have already paid.
If it has been over a month and I have not started, you will receive a full refund.
If I have already completed part of the artwork/etc and you cancel, I expect full payment for what I have drawn already (i.e. payment for a sketch/lineart/flat colour,, etc)
I ask that with bigger pieces (complex scenes, multiple characters, more complex designs) that you please give me more time before cancelling.
I will not refund completed pieces.
After you've gotten the artwork:
Creditting and Uploading
You may upload the artwork I make for you on any storage site (i.e. TH, dA stash, etc).
Please credit my TH by my username. (weegeestar5)
Do not upload my artwork onto dA or other sites as your own.
My artwork will only ever add value to the OC in the currency and amount it is ordered in (i.e., an art piece for 200 SC will ONLY add a value of 200 SC if you resell the OC, it will NOT add any monetary value).
You may use your ordered artwork on your profile/as your avatar.
Editting
You may make minor edits (cropping, resizing, adding effects).
You may not completely recolour my artwork.
You may not remove my signatures from my artwork.
Fixing mistakes
If I have not included a detail or have drawn something incorrectly, please let me know and I will fix it.
If it has been over a month since the art was completed, I will likely not look to fix any mistakes - so please let me know as soon as possible.
Fixing errors is free, but if you want something purposefully changed (i.e. a design aspect that has changed since you ordered the piece) there may be a fee.
I will not recolour an art piece if you have sold the OC you ordered art of.
Chargebacks
Do not issue a chargeback for a completed piece under any circumstances.
Need mistakes fixed? Just ask!
If you have paid a down payment and would like to cancel, I will refund it! DO NOT ISSUE A CHARGEBACK! Just talk to me!
Issuing a chargeback will result in a block, I will no longer work with you in the future.
i dont really tend to draw many headshots of my OCs, so check out other examples for how a finished piece would look!
However, this is how much i will draw for a headshot

+simple backgrounds: +£5 / 5 GC / 500 SC / 25 LT / items worth this amount
+more complex backgrounds: depends on the background, at least +£10 / 10 GC / 1000 SC / 50 LT / items worth this amount

Generally will use TC prices, so feel free to offer items and ill tell you what art id draw for it
