I've had a few months (and a pretty long hiatus) of CSS experience before finding out about Wolvden and creating my own CSS here. I've considered starting my own CSS store because I'd like to possibly see my code in other people's profiles, and I just wanna make a little bit of currency on the side. But, before I make that decision, I'd want to hear from anyone who may be interested in commissioning me. It'd also help if you included a price/price range you deem reasonable for my work. Here's an example of my recent work. (Please keep in mind that this sample is in dark mode. I'm still trying to figure out how to make themed CSS for both dark and default.) I'm not sure what I'm capable of doing right now, but I'm looking at and learning new things to do with my pages. Before I start making CSS for others, I want to make sure everything is "decent." As for prices, I charge a base price of 12-15 gc, then charge more depending on anything extra they'd like added. Hover effects, background animations, boxes, etc etc, though I've seen other shops charge anywhere from 20gc-50gc for the full package. It honestly will depend on how much time it takes you, and what area of the market you're aiming to corner! |

As for pricing, having a base price for them, and then charging for add-ons sounds like a good way to go with it! I enjoy taking my time on CSS to make sure everything is going well before sending it off or putting it on my profile. So I would say it takes me around 2-5 hours? Maybe more, maybe less. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of areas does the CSS market have here? |

If its taking you 2-5 hours, I'd base price yourself around 15-20 gc, then stack addons as extra! For your shop itself, all I can recommend is diversifying your options, and mentally preparing yourself for when someone inevitably asks for something you have no clue how to do (It's happened to me a few times anyway xD) but are willing to learn. |

@Ghostie Feel free to pm me! I'd love to look at examples and learn from em! And honestly, I love challenges. If I don't know how to do something, I'll definitely try my best to do as much research and find what works! |
