Quest help - Is Tala supposed to provide the first Nesting Material?

I am a newbie and am trying to complete the Breeding quest...my female wolf is pregnant and I don’t have the resources to craft Nesting Material, but in the box at the bottom Tala says “Don’t worry if you don’t have any as I’ll ensure she gets what she needs, so go ahead and nest the wolf!” However when I press the Nest button nothing happens. Isn’t she supposed to give me the Nesting Material? Thanks in advance for your help!

You have to select the wolf first and then click on nesting? Not just the nesting button :)
