She spat out some water. "I prefer the nice, cozy WARM AND DRY of the-" She shook her fur out and cleared her throat.   
"-the medicine den." She caught her footing and made sure her paws didn't slip on the water filled rocks below. 		womp womp

"That's no fun! Look, I won't let you get swept away by the river. I'll be right here to catch you if you loose your footing." He looks at her, his tail waving back and forth through the water. 		✨HalfDeadIceHeart🍪✨

She let out a laugh that was halted by a wave of current rushing through the river, probably by a large wind. As was swept up by the water, she had to hope Swiftpaw meant his promise, because the river was getting more chaotic and she was getting less confident in staying afloat. "AH! Hey,  hey, hey!" She yelled, but her voice was silenced when she held her breath. Either she was sinking, or the water was overflowing.

(sorry if im being forceful with the plot, but at least Swiftpaw gets to be the big hero lol) 		womp womp

Swiftpaw quickly grabs her scruff and lifts her up. He carries her to the shore and places her back on her paws, looking amused. "See? I got you,"

She let out a series of coughs, too occupied to be flustered about being carried by Swiftpaw. "I thought Ruinclan was the big bad strong clan. Apparently not, Mr. Hero." She said with amusement, then let her head droop, the water in her fur weighing her down. "I think we should-" She stopped herself to clear her throat of water for a second time, "- part ways for now. It could become, well, suspicious. Maybe we'll see eachother at the gathering!" She stopped. What am I SAYING? It sounds as if I'm talking like, like if we were in love! I sound MOUSEBRAINED! 		womp womp

"Well I suggest you dry off before you go running back to camp. Unlike me, you clearly don't go for a swim often." He shoves her slightly with his shoulder. "Wouldn't want your mentor to think you fell in" Swiftpaw teases, his tail flicking water back and forth. 		✨HalfDeadIceHeart🍪✨
