I have a couple questions. So the dragons and their rider can communicate telepathically. 

Is their method of communication only telepathically?

Can dragons communicate to other riders? 

Do dragons have their own language? 

Yeah, I also wanted to know. And what does the school look like, and the dragon area in the school if there is one?

No, they can speak out loud, but they have the ability to communicate telepathically to only their Rider and they also can feel the pain and emotion of said Rider.

Can dragons communicate with riders? 

Yes, but not telepathically.

Do dragons have their own language? 

No.
