Pocket collected her bundle of soft grasses in her jaws and trotted after Danger. "The important thing is you're out of there now," Her voice was muffled by her full mouth, and she dropped the bundle at her feet as they reached their next destination. "I'm sorry for your loss of a father figure, but I hope you can find family in Maya, Skye, and I." She thought briefly of her sisters, and wondered if they would be family she would leave behind or if they would find her.

Snowfall and Blight padded together silently through the trees. She would veer off from the path casually, as to gently split away, and he would follow her obliviously. Snowfall rolled her eyes as they went deeper into the woods. He was still sniffing at the ground.

"You smell some prey you want to go after?" Her voice held the weight of a goodbye.

"No, I smell some other wolves." He stopped and scratched his ear with a back foot. He didn't seem too concerned. Snowfall sniffed the trail- no sign of her sisters, but there were two wolves ahead among the natural herbs. 		Heehoo 🎁✨

"Shhh!" He dropped the leaves he was carrying and stood protectively in front of pocket. He heard the gentle paw steps of another wolf, a muffled conversation. He was on full alert. He sniffed the air. " two wolves, one male, one female, I don't think they are hostile" he whispered to Pocket. 		westley

Pocket's ears shot up. "That's my sister!!" She bounded around Danger, running through the woods until she was snout to snout with Snowfall.

"Pocket!!" Snowfall laughed and pushed her with her shoulder in a friendly way. "You funny little wolf! I was wondering when I'd see you again." Pocket laughed.

Blight lingered back awkwardly. Obviously this was not a threat. He sat down to watch the girls reunite. 		Heehoo 🎁✨

Danger smiled as the two sisters reunited. Pocket looked overjoyed, and he wondered  if this was the last time he would see her. She was a nice wolf, with potential, but she needed to be with her family. 		westley

Snowfall licked her sister's ear fondly and paused when she saw the all-black silhouette of Danger. "Ah, pardon me. I didn't see you had handsome company with you."

"This is Danger!" Pocket ran back and held a paw out towards Danger, gesturing towards him. "We just met earlier, he's hoping to start a new pack in this land. There's a clearing farther in where we'll be setting up nest."

"Ah! A pleasure to meet you then, Danger." Snowfall looked at their feet where the bundles of soft grasses and mosses lay. "I don't suppose you have room for one more?"

"Two more?" Blight yawned, not bothered in the slightest that he wasn't introduced. 		Heehoo 🎁✨

Danger smiled, his tail wagging. "all wolves are welcome" he said.  he found himself staring at the black wolf, how the light reflected off his orange eyes. it had been so long since he had affection from another male wolf, and a strange loneliness and longing seeped into his heart.
