Price/stud check [Tier II DENIM, SIX TAMASKAN + FIVE INUIT UNDERS]

This guy is still too young to stud, though I'm not against buying an aging crystal for him when he's adolescent to get him up to age faster. I'm mostly wondering if the more experienced players here think he'd be a worthwhile public stud at all, or if I'm better off selling him (for how much?) and as well, if there is anything I can do to him to make him objectively better. I'm not against buying base changers / eye changers/ more RMA's / etc. Someone help a newbie out!
