hunters get to go on ten hunts a day. but that number is counted at the END of each hunt, rather than the beginning. so, if a wolf has 10 hunts left and you send them out on one, that number stays at 10 until the hunt returns and is claimed by the player. what this MEANS is that if a hunt is sent out before rollover and ends after rollover, that hunt counts against the second day's hunts, even though it was sent out on the first. this makes it much harder than it needs to be (and it's hard as it is!) to get two hunting parties their full ten hunts per day and causes really frustrating losses in exp for people (like myself) who really care about that kind of thing. so: just count the hunts when they're sent out. easy. i really don't see what the reasoning was to do it otherwise. |

If I particularly care about sending out all my hunts in a day, I set an alarm so I know when it's done. If I miss it, then that's my bad. I know when I should be sending them out to fit them all in a day. |

I sent a hunting party before bed/rollover, and when I finished it in the morning it counted as a hunt for the new day. I was so disappointed because there were one of my previous hunting chances. |

I've always rolled my eyes about this, glad I'm not the only one. And like has been mentioned, pup training already does that. With that, you can do the training and go to bed knowing it will count before RO than after, so you don't have to worry about staying up. Much less frustrating that way, so I don't get why hunting isn't the same way. |
