Herbalist Quest?

^{I've nearly finished the herbalism quest but can't quite get the last step. It says to keep foraging and to learn new recipes but I've done both of these things and it still won't let me finish the quest. Am I missing something? What is the specific task/checkpoint I have to reach?}

sometimes you need scroll all the way down on the quest box to see if you can complete the action. 

Pausing and unpausing might also help.

if that doesnt work, send a ticket and the mods will help you complete the quest.
