New breeding achievements: 1 for each base!

I think it would be fun to get an achievement the first time you breed a pup of each base (similar to how mutations have achievements).
Breeding every base in the game can be a fun challenge/goal for players, and unlocking an achievement for each base will make it feel more rewarding, and makes it much easier to keep track of which bases you have left.
When a new base is added to the game, a new achievement for that base should be added at the same time.

This would be even more fun if some TRUE breed only bases are added to the game (there are plenty of suggestions about that already, so I'll not go into specifics).

What is needed from the WD team? Coding.

This is an amazing idea! To be honest, I don't like the current set of achievements that can be assigned into either of 3 types:
A. Get some luck! - achievements that rely on you being lucky to get it, such as breeding lethal muties, winning the Grand Prize in the Lottery.
B. Just keep playing, it'll come by itself! - achievements that don't require any dedication and you don't need to know them to get them eventually, such as getting lead to level up, exploring 100 times, breeding a runt.
C. Grind, grind and once again grind! - quests that just fill up the counter of doing the same thing repeatedly without any event that makes doing it special and interesting every time, such as getting Enclave quests completed for X, Y, Z rollovers in a row, completed X, Y, Z quests, training X, Y, Z puppies.

Getting set of achievements to breed every base would inspire some achievement hunters to do the fun part of the game which is looking for the variety, getting any bases early-game and certain missing bases late-game and breeding with the right wolves, which might increase demand for certain studs or wolves in the TC.

I like this idea a lot! The only thing I'm not so sure about is how this achievement should handle new bases being added... You mention a new achievement being added but that'd clutter things up, and it'd be kind of arbitrary that the original achievement contains many but not all bases and when you're working towards it you have to check which ones came separately later. Or am I misunderstanding?

I'm thinking each base will have an achievement of its own. So when you breed a pup with a Melchior base for the first time, you unlock the Melchior achievement, and so on. When a new base is added, a new achievement for that specific base is added for you to unlock. I hope that makes sense. :)

Sorry, I misunderstood then! that makes sense and is the easiest way to implement base achievements. But it would mean a lot of achievements!

I was thinking an achievement for having bred 1 of each in-game bases would be really cool (I know it's a goal a lot of people have), but that's the one that would be hard to implement, since new bases will be continually added through events and updates…

I also misread the suggestion thinking it'd implement all achievements for each base. Implementing an achievement to breed all bases might make players difficult to track the progress and also it might be found more of a grind and less fun trying to complete it when you feel that either you've bred all bases or not all yet.
