i there, i have 17 wolves sick with influenza right now an only have a few cures, would anyone have any cures or ingredients that they do not need as i am struggling to cure them all

Hello! I'm relatively new (approaching a week I believe!) and don't have many of the necessary herbs to tackle illnesses. Currently influenza is spreading through my wolves: I'm not sure how quickly it spreads, but any herbs used to craft it or simply the cure for it would be greatly appreciated :) the needed ingredients are Goldenseal, Kava, & Pineapple Leaf^^
