New Player/Recipe Service Question

I just started this game a few days ago (I spent IRL money to help get started because I make smart financial decisions haha), and I decided to enter a few raffles that looked interesting, not really knowing what some items were. Anyway, I won a recipe for the Sentinel Pose Variant because it looked cool and used it (I guess added it to my recipes?). I have a couple of questions: 1. Do learned recipes ever go away or do they stay learned forever? 2. I also tried to look up this recipe more, and it seems like it's fairly well valued and some people offer a service, such as 'If you give me the items to craft it plus ____ currency, I'll do it!' Would something like that be advisable for a newbie? As in, would it seem kind of sketchy for a newbie to offer such a service? If so, would you have any suggestions on price (I saw someone was doing materials + either 250 SC or 1 GC but I think that was from 2021 so I don't know if that's still a fair price)? 3. I read that trophies drop for battles with opponents levels 5+ after your lead wolf reaches level 10 (with odds going up as you gain more levels?). Are there any guides or data regarding the ratios/drop rates? Sorry, I hope all of that makes sense. And thank you for your time to whomever reads this! All the best, Atlantean |

1. Recipes that you learn through the hoard like the scroll lookin things never go away no matter what, although if your talking about medicine recipes for the herbalist instead then yes a few of them will be unlearned when your current herbalist dies or is changed. 2. True after thinking about it for a moment it would seem sketchy that a newbie is doing a crafting service with a fee, as you could just take the materials and dip, but then hey there's nothing stopping even old players doing that too, they'd just have to trust you to do it like you would with everyone else too. And for prices I'm not sure because when you look at the items forums there's a popular one that has no fee, just needs the materials, that being said I'm not an expert on the whole other people doing the crafting service thing as i normally have any recipe i need already, so id say just go for it and see if anyone would use your services. 3. To my knowledge there isn't any guides showing very specific data on the ratios or drop rates, because believe me i would LOVE that to be a thing but after looking and asking around a lot I couldn't find any, although there is the grouse house that mostly details where to find different animals and what trophy's they can drop https://www.wolvden.com/chatter/topic/516583 (the link for that) Hopefully some of that has helped :) (or made sense as i am writing this at about 3am haha) |
