Wolvden/Lioden parody (tell me if not allowed)

Wolvden/Lioden parody (tell me if not allowed)

I am not a game maker, but I do have ideas for games. It's a fun hobby of mine to go around and see if I can find good animal collecting games, heck, it's how I found Wolvden! I have yet to find any collecting game like Wolvden or as great as Wolvden. In my opinion, it's better than Lioden.

But on my journey of looking for these sorts of games, I've noticed that there isn't any website dedicated to foxes, which is surprisingly.

Yes, there are games out there where foxes are one of the animals you can get, but like I like my wolf pack to not have animals to take care of, I'd love my foxes to have a solitary pack as well.

So let me introduce my parody; Vulden! (Again, not ever going to be an actual game unless the creator of Wolvden/Lioden wants to make it)

Vulden mushes the mechanics of Lio/Wolvden together into a fox-related collecting game! It's centered mainly around red foxes, as they seem to be the most known and popular. But as Wolvden has other types of wolves as encounters, Vulden would have other types of foxes as encounters! I actually started drawing the age/standard designs of the game for fun because I love the idea.

Main design:

As I've mentioned, the design would be based off of the red fox, but have different variations of spots, stripes, etc to give each fox their unique look! It's mainly the lineart that would be based off of the red fox, not the spots and colors.

Food:

Given how foxes are omnivores, berries as well as rodents and small birds wiuld be on the menu.

Non-lethal Mutations:

Twin tails, extra dewclaws, puppy ears, albinism, melanism, whiskerless, dwarfism, thin tail

Lethal Mutations:

Arthritis (only shortens a life by a few years), deafness, blindness, brachy, conjoined twins, two heads, hairless (has the potential to only kill in winter [frost bite]. In Summer, it can cause sunburns)

[New type] Breed Mutations:

Tundrylica (arctic fox appearance, including making the colors a little lighter), Deserylica (fennec fox appearance), Vamerylica (Bat-Eared fox appearance), Speerlica (Swift fox appearance), Tibanica (Tibetan sand fox appearance), Stilerylica (maned wolf appearance, which would be a very rare/special mutation, given how maned wolves aren't foxes, duh)

Bases (only a few):

Red fox, white, cross, strawberry, crimson, treasure, blaze, coal, black, grey, blue, tan, ripple, salmon pink, salmon grey, swamp, maned wolf

Fur spots/designs [does not include colors] (only a few):

Socks, fiery belly, fiery tail, speckled, cross, inverted cross, freckles, river

Cons:

A few issues is that Lioden, Wolvden, and the dino game that is being made all take place in different settings; Wolvden combines alot of different habitats, but is mainly focused on forests; Lioden is in the savannah; and the dino game in the past, so idk where this game would be. Another flaw in this is that foxes are mainly solitary. The creator seemed to like realism so idk if this would work really.

Some foxes do stay close to their families, so maybe it could be that your leash/skulk/earth (fox equivalent of pack) could all be family, and to continue the legacy, you have to mate with other players' foxes, similar to breeding males in here. Also, foxes are mostly in less dense forests than Wolvden, so maybe they could incorporate more humans in a fox version? Similar to the human encounters in Lioden, but there's also a chance of your kits going missing by humans, or humans adopting you, or something similar. If the Lioden/Wolvden creators wouldn't want to make it, I would love to collaborate with you, and even help you get together a team to actually make this a reality.

Read this all and it's an interesting idea.

I myself have always wanted something like Wolvden and Lioden, but for common cats. Maybe even different territories like cities, neighborhoods, forests, etc.

I was reading your post and noticed you mentioned a Dino game being made? I'd love to catch the name from you so I can follow the development. I'm a collecting game collector too

Also, the dino game was called Evosaur but I don't think it was ever fully developed. Which is sad cause its an interesting concept I would've loved to play.
