So this is what I'm thinking:

But what's our social structure going to be? Do we have a leader? Are we sorted into groups based off of our powers? Is there a group of dragons that's treated as less than everyone? The underdogs? The elites?

Cats: princes and kings
Dogs: soldiers
Other mammals: protesters(against social status) and villagers
