Posted 2022-06-13 15:17:08 (edited) #771742 Alright. Bear with me. It's a lot to read but it will be worth it. Sanctuarium Mortuorum. The largest graveyard in all of Avalon. But it's not a graveyard for humans. it's a graveyard for wolves. Watched over by the Lhead Council(Wolves who have the authority), this graveyard has thrived in peace for years. But that's all changing. One of the Lhead spirit wolves is corrupted, but which one? Of course, not everyone agrees that one of the Lheads is corrupted. Within this mythical graveyard, four breeds of spirit wolves take refuge: the Luffhunds(Luff-hounds) to the north, the Meckanrs(Meck-an-ares) to the south, the Emmars(Em-mars) to the west, and the Peswents(Peas-wheats) to the east. But one cannot enter the graveyard without knowing what each of these breeds is and just about how welcoming they are to visitors... So let me tell you! First, the Luffhunds... The Luffhunds(aka Luffs) are savages, against those who join them as new spirits. Most Luffhunds are skilled fighters or healers and assassins. Assassination by Luffhund is taken rather lightly since the dead just respawn at their grave and can never really DIE again. They keep to their realm of darkness in the north, Sector(Sector 51), but can be seen outside of Sector 51 as well. They are looked down upon by the other breeds. They also live in Sector 51 because... well, it's Sector 51 for a reason so I won't tell you. And now, the Meckanrs... The Meckanrs(aka Mecks) are a lot to handle, but still better than the Luffhunds. These wolves trust no one but once they get to know you, they're a little more open. Their suspicious personality is for the better since they live beside the Luffhunds and Emmars, both breeds who share a hatred for the Meckanr breed. Most Meckanrs are peaceful until attacked and reside in the marshes of Sector 8. They mostly take up jobs as Crossers, who cross the Graveless Lands to trade with the Peswents on the other side. And now, the Emmars... The Emmars(aka Ems) are... a handful. They are wary of newcomers but once you get to know them, they love hanging out with you! And now(again), the Peswents... The Peswents(aka Peas) are tame and manageable. They welcome newcomers with open arms. Most of this breed are healers or mushroom farmers.Ok so now that I know that, what's the graveyard look like? Great question! Below, I've attached a link to a map I created of the graveyard! It even has live updates since it's on google drawings. I also have attattched an image in the below spoiler in case you can't access the drawing. The image will be updated once a week. Map Alright, map's been viewed. What's with the "Land Of The Graveless Dead" section? Another great question! The Land Of The Graveless Dead is a place where spirit wolves go, of any breed, when they don't have a grave. They keep with the traits of their breed sometimes but most often, they're deadly and hateful towards anyone from the breeds who doesn't like there. If you die to one of them, there is no coming back. You're dead forever. That's it. No respawning at your grave like normal. Well, you're not re-dead exactly... you're more like... eh, there's no sugar coated way to put it... you're absorbed into the graveless wolf and become one of them. Alright. When a wolf kills another, they claim a bit of the slain wolf's Dust. Dust cannot be given without death. When a wolf loses some Dust, they grow weaker.(take Ravana for example. She's fought like Satan but is still weak because she's died a lot.) When a wolf gains Dust, they grow a little tiny bit stronger. *RULES* (You get three warnings) 1. PG-13 please 2. No swearing 3. All OOC chat in either () or some variation of that. 4. Dating/relationships is permitted. Just don't take it too far. 5. Respect differences. 6. Follow all roleplay rules in general please. 7.
