What's the difference between those? like shifter is change at will, skin shifter is like skin walker, and Lycanthrope is werewolf?

Shifters (in the stuff I know) tend to be able to shape shift into anything living, but keep their traits.

Skin shifter is someone who can turn into other people

Lycanthropes can turn exclusively into one animal, but can also go into in-between forms!
