Have you guys e er wondered how Raccoon gets all his stuff? How does one raccoon manage to stock an entire shop full of expensive items, unless...
What if Lillemore gives pups to raccoon to raise so that they can work for him? What if Raccoon has a slave army set on gathering him all his stock?
So sure, some pups end up dying during ro, but some of them are given to raccoon as slaves. And Raccoon doesn't have to take care of them himself, of course. His other grown puppy slaves do it for him. 		💙 The Posh Ace 🍀🍁💙

Just read this, and focused on how the enclave puppies are killed. After reading the whole things, remembering the focus i said to myself "What trash does snake have today?" Leave a puppy at the enclave. Snakes evil 		Chugi

I've another theory!
So, we know that snakes eats mice (at least some kinds of snakes), right?
Melvin also has quests like "Complete an enclave quest", "Complete a snake quest" or "Sell two items to raccoon wares". That means they work together!
But how?
Well, the snake threathens Melvin and blackmail him that he need to do advertising for him and his allies. If he wouldn't, the snake would eat him.
Where do Melvin gets the money from? Like always, from the raccoon. He is allowed to take money from him because he makes advertising for him. But that doesn't mean Melvin is evil, too!
He's just scared to be eaten!
If I could, I would adopt and take care of him immediately 🥺
