Eleven had crossed the border at some point and quickly taken the plant before ducking back to their side. They began the trek back to camp. Now this will probably cause a war over a plant but we won't talk about that, They thought just as they entered the camp. Wait- DARN IT- I forgot to get the smell of their side of the border off me. Well, time to get into trouble... again,

Shade caught wind of Eleven's scent as they entered the camp. She hadn't slept at all, too afraid of seeing familiar faces in her dreams. It groaned quietly, standing and shaking the leaves from its fur. Slowly padding out of the entrance, it saw Eleven quickly heading to their den, tobacco in their muzzle and a foreign scent on their fur.
Ugh. Again? How hard is it to let a wolf know when you're crossing the border?
She huffed in annoyance. Oh well. Nothing either of them could do now. Except since they had disrespected her twice now, in just as many days. That couldn't go unpunished, of course, but Shade didn't want to be harsh. Especially not now, with strangers at the borders and bear sightings closer to home. They would need a healer. Shade considered her options as she approached the medicine den.

Cosette yawned and stretched, opening her eyes. How long had she been asleep? She couldn't tell. She looked over, feeling a larger shape at her side and noticing Kaizen. "Good morning Kai.." She yawned. As soon as she sensed alpha nearby she snapped to attention. "Ill.. be back."

She loped over. "Alpha, alpha! Do you have a moment?" She asked, looking slightly nervous.

Esmeray looked over at Ilia as she heard the herbalist speak, "Yep, morning already. You passed out while working." She mentioned, "so I carried you in here, I hope that's alright." She gave her a smile, concealing the fact that she was nervous Ilia would be upset.

It stopped outside of Eleven's den when it heard the little pup. She paused for only a moment though, before sighing and turning away from the den. She faced Cosette, looking down at the tiny she-wolf. It stared expectantly, cocking an eyebrow at her.

Cosette looked back and forth and she leaned forward, "I had another nightmare.... about that dark figure destroying everything.." She whispered, shaking slightly at the memory of it. The memory of being dragged down through the dark to a cave that felt so familiar. Cosette swallowed hard before looking back up at Alpha.

Shade huffed. Eleven would have to wait. It was her duty, after all- caring for everyone was a part of leading. It took a moment before sighing again.
"Cosette, why don't we… go for a, walk?" She spoke slowly, like it hadn't decided its words yet.
"Yes, we can walk outside the camp. We'll get some air, and you can tell me about your dream. How does that sound?"

Cosette nodded quickly, "alright. That sounds good... thank you alpha." She said, rubbing her head slightly against Alpha's side and letting out an anxious sigh. She padded to the entrance, shaking herself off before turning around to wait for Shade. She didnt know how Alpha would react to the entire dream, but she would have to wait and see.

Shade walked slowly behind her. They exited the camp, walking in silence for a few minutes.
After they were far enough that it didn't think anyone in the camp would hear, it spoke again.
"So, Cosette. Your dream?" After a moment she added, "I'm sorry I wasn't there when you woke. I was… busy last night. Running errands."
