Karlie sighed, pulling out of the parking lot and heading back towards the house. ". . You're only supposed to take one six hour shift per day. Any more than that, and you'll get worse." He didn't look over at James, already knowing what expression he was wearing. "I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but-" He gripped the steering wheel tightly, just trying to keep himself together. Today had been a real shit show to be honest. // CHERII // Cherii hadn't been paying attention, and ran directly into the person in front of her. She caught herself on the lockers, but saw the papers they had been holding fall to the ground. She began apologizing, reaching down to pick up the papers. "Sor- Wait, Blake?" She laughed a little, realising the irony of the situation. "Seems familiar, huh?" She missed a few words, but the point was clear enough. |

He laughed a little, and nodded, "Oh yeah. It does seem familiar." |

Karlie shook his head slightly, still struggling to keep his shit together. "James, you're not taking on more work. That's half of the problem right now anyways. I-" He paused, coming up with a bit of an idea. ". . I know you're worried about money, and Blake, but your current pay is absolute bullshit anyways. What if-" He still seemed worried about actually asking, so he decided to just get it over with. "Do you want to come work at the studio?" He waited for a moment, knowing there would be questions that he could no longer avoid answering. "I . . own the franchise. I don't actually have to instruct there, but I love teaching. I could control your hours, and I wouldn't even have to alter your pay. You hate taking money from people, so I'm telling you this wouldn't be a loan; You'd be paid just the same as everyone else. You'd teach in your own dance category, or you could teach with me if you wanted. You wouldn't have to take on extra shifts because the pay is actually decent-" He sighed, knowing he'd started ranting by mistake. "I want you to come work at the studio. Your job at the restaurant is shitty, and it's affecting your health." "We both know how bad my anxiety is....so...what if you formed a class, with kids who struggle like I do...? i-I could help myself but I could also help those kids..," //Blake// He crouched down and started picking up the papers.
