Early Spring, Year 2

Year 1 of Golden Sun's Reign

Our pack did pretty well yesterday with hunting! We caught two large prey, beating our previous record of just one. Its now spring. So it will be even easier to hunt now. We got to know some of these creatures that group themselves as the Kinfolk. I must say I think they are great to be trying to fix nature.

Blue Lightning and I are happy to announce I am expecting pups! Our pack is feeling very hopeful.

We didn't have much success yesterday, but we have plenty of leftovers so we didn't worry. We believe our pack aligns with the Kinfolk the most.

I'm starting to show a little bit, but just barely, the pups in me haven't really developed much. Though a part of me feels sadness. I feel so old compared to everyone even my rival pack. This may be my only litter before I become infertile. I'm already 5 years old. I will at least try to see this litter grow up to adults, but I fear I may let down my ancestors quickly due to my age.

Late Spring, Year 2

Year 1 of Golden Sun's Reign

I had some toruble leaving the den near my birthing time. So the pack decided to not hunt until after the pups were born. I feel bad that I couldn't keep hunting until the last possible moment.

I had 3 beautiful pups. All of them were boys. As much as I would've liked at least one girl I am perfectly happy with all three being boys. Blue Lightning made me chuckle of how they look very much like me. Us both being rather gold in color it was no surprise the pups came out so similarly.
