Lunar'wing had her pup with her, she was training her pup t be the best. I she couldn't get the position of leader she hoped her pup would. Lunar'wing's little sister was the next to be in line if Lunar was seen as unfit to rule a pack.
It was quite dark as the sun was low in the sky. They were hidden by a small tree clearing. 		Silent Sparrow🏳️‍🌈🕊🎄

A cold wind blew in your direction, yes it was winter but this one felt different, the kind of chill that gives goosebumps.
Suddenly the sound of moving undergrowth and cracking sticks could be heard  very loudly, quite unusual. It was almost as if the animal wanted to be heard.
Near the treeline you see a silhuette, coming towards you.

The silhouette stops at a proper distance from you, not stepping out from the woods. You finally get a proper look at the stranger now and see a silvery black wolf, a female it seems but quite tall but before thinking anything else
"You are far away from home stranger... Alone and with a pup... How unusual. What brings you this far out?" The stranger asks cooly and indifferent to your display of weariness, her eyes fixed at the pup

The pup was trying to make himself seem bigger and tougher than he was.
"That is no concern of yours. This land is not taken by any territory. It is free. It has no sent marks. I am just trying to train my pup away from all the other weak pests." She referred to the other pups in her pack as pests or weaklings though they were all similar skilled to her own. She wanted hers to be the very best and it showed. 		Silent Sparrow🏳️‍🌈🕊🎄

The female wolf only tilted her head at the pup, a tiny smirk that hastily vanished and she resumed her original pose "Nay you are correct, it is not scented ... Though you should thank your lucky rabbit that you didnt venture further. The prey and critters knows the secret of this forest." She said before pausing "It would be a shame if your pup was "spirited" away... That's my only warning"

The pup was unfortunately very friendly and never listened to his mother, he wriggled out from underneath his mother and tried to sprint to the other wolf.
"Hey! Pup, what are you doing! Stop! Don't run t strange wolves  Listen to your mother!" She slammed her paw on his rump forcing him down. "Oh Delora, how will you become a strong leader if you don't listen." She sighed. "How can I rule the pack if you don't do as I say." She muttered. 		Silent Sparrow🏳️‍🌈🕊🎄

The muttering didnt go unheard "It would seem you did not come here purely to train the pup" she said with a slight glint in her eyes. The stranger now sat down and stared back at the pup and said "You should never come here alone less you want to be eaten, lil one" she said it lightly and unthreatning as if it was the most logical thing, but the air suddenly felt colder and the stranger looked uncomfortable when she said it.

She looked back at Lunar'wing "What is it that you desire... What is it that you truly desire?"

"I want to lead my pack, My mother is giving it to my little sister. But if I could just sho her my son is better or I am better then she'll have to pick either of us. And I'll still be in control." She had pulled the pup back and covered his ears so he couldn't hear what she said. "I want control and power! And if I have to use my son then so be it! My sister doesn't deserve to lead, she is pathetic and young and my mother favors her to me. I won't let this happen." She growled. 		Silent Sparrow🏳️‍🌈🕊🎄
