Her eyes went wide for a moment, and something snapped. She put her hand on the back of her neck, feeling trace amounts of some liquid. She thought it was blood at first, but quickly realised it was a black liquid. "What the fuck?!" She mumbled, glancing back up at the woman. "Who are you?" She asked quietly, feeling her headache getting worse.

Eva. 3487. 2891. Akira. Kaia. Dawn. Kait. Remember. Her head was hurting more as more of the liquid in her neck seeped out, and she suddenly began seeing flashes. She couldn't handle the sensation, and ended up dropping to her knees with her hands on her neck.

She knew Eva's touch somehow. Suddenly, every memory she'd ever had with this woman came back to her, and she started crying. She couldn't tell whether it was from the pain, or the fact that she'd let Eva go. "I'm sorry-" Was what she kept mumbling over and over again, unable to bring herself to look Eva in the eyes.

Eva arms were around her in and instant. She buried her head into her neck, letting out a whimper. "P-please, I beg you, d-don't leave me alone." She begged tears falling down her face. Eva smelled horrible, and her ribs were easy to be seen.

"No . . never again." She muttered, trying her best to keep focused on the memories of Eva. She just needed to remember. Something had gone wrong with her inhibitors. . for the second time. She sat there for a while, just trying to get the pain in her head to go away. "I remember you, I promise." She sighed, staying pressed up against her at all times.

Eva let out a whimper her tail wrapping around her. "I-I thought you were g-gone for good. I-I looked back and you w-were gone. I thought they were gonna do what they did to me. To you" she said sounding terrified. "I'm never g-gonna let you out of my sight" she went silent just keeping Kaia close. "I-I'm sorry. I-I stink."

Akira almost laughed at that, but she couldn't manage that right now. She just stood up and pulled Eva up with her, putting her hood back up. "Come on. We can go back to my place." She sighed, taking her hand.
