You can customize it by scrolling all the way down to the very bottom of your profile page. There, you can enter text and HTML stuff into it, and it will show up at the very top of your profile page! There's plenty of free-to-use HTML and CSS for your profile page in Layout & CSS Sales, and if you are having trouble with it, you can go to HTML Help and search for topics with similar problems to yours, and if you can't find it, just make a new topic.
