"Come on runt" *His nose flared up as he rushed over to Cress and picked him up effortlessly* "O-ok…" *Cress shook a little as he was being held in a bridle manner, but couldn't help but finch every once in a while, as the brute grunted out while carrying Cress behind a massive stage, but caught a quick glance at Astrid, he tilted his head at the newcomer and started to squirm a little but stoped the moment Bull released a low growl* "Set down or I'll BEAT YOU TO A PULP" *He yelled at the now shaking Cress* |

"You're the new act, right? Why aren't you in costume? Whatever- Come on, all the others are already backstage!" *She gestured for Astrid to stand and follow her, but the girl didn't move.* "What are you doing? Hurry up!" *The woman groaned, reaching down and taking Astrid's wrist. She didn't know how to react at first, so she froze. That was a mistake, though, because this woman seemed convinced that she was supposed to be there. She was quickly led backstage, and had no idea what to do or how to get out of this.* "I-I'm not an act! I shouldn't be here!" *She insisted, pulling her gloved hand away from the woman. She glanced around frantically, unsure of what was even going on at this point. There were loud sounds and bright lights everywhere, all the while, she was still in the middle of an anxiety attack.* |

"CRESS WE LOOOOVE YOU!!!!!" "WHERE'S MY HOT DOG?! DID YOU TAKE IT BITCH?!" "WOOOOOO GO LANCE!!!!" *The rest were illegible, and it took five minute for Cress to finally stand with shaky knees, he straighten out his hat then felt an eye gaze peering at him* "Hello Cress~ Time to make magic happen~" *A rather charming male with piercing yellow eyes sporting a tight, blank pants and a black bowler hat purred as his cobra coiled around his waist* "Just…no touching Lance" *Cress shivered in fear* |

"I'm not an act, dammit! You've got the wrong girl!" *She snapped, clenching her hands into fists.* "Oh- Sicily, is this the new act? Awhh- She's adorable!" *A man approached Astrid and the woman. He had a drawl in his voice that almost sounded southern, but she couldn't be sure.* "Why's she not in costume? The big boss isn't gonna like it if her first show flops." *He seemed to look her up and down while the woman, who she now knew was called Sicily, just shrugged.* "Come on, hon. There's still ten minutes until we go on." *He ushered her back towards the dressing rooms, but she pulled away from him.* "Don't touch me!" *She snapped, taking a step back.* "I'm not a member of this creepy circus, dammit! Lay one more hand on me, and you're dead!" *It might have sounded like she was just making an empty threat, but she was entirely serious. She wouldn't hurt him if she could help it, but she was completely unstable right now. If he touched her again, there was a good chance she'd accidentally off him.* "My my~ Feisty, aren't we? Just hush up and follow me if you insist on remaining all by your lonesome." *He told her, not seeming to understand that she wasn't crew.* Sorry lol- There's a pretty bad storm here, and the power went out for a sec )) Leavin' some room for ya to do your act scene. Thinkin' I wanna have her end up out there somehow =w= )) |

*Lance slowly made his way to Cress with a hellish smirk, and that was when Cress finally snapped. A sudden burst of flames circled him, a fiery wyrm emerged from the flames and hissed as the curtains caught fire then with a snap, all vanished, the entire tent went dead silent and the crowd awed in disbelief, even Lance went pale, knowing well that Cress was more then capable of ending him right there* "TOUCH CRESS AGAIN AND HE WILLLL KILLLLLL YOUUU KHEHEHEHEHEHHEHEHEHEHEHEHHEH" *The jester spun around and with a purple flame vanished and appeared at the center of the stage, he opened his mouth and smoke emerged, the crowd leaned over in their seats, their gaze fixated solely on Cress as the other performers slowly lurked back stage and to their rooms. Suddenly-Cress jumped up and created a massive fire storm that was cold to the touch despite it's fiery appearance, then vanished once more, the other actors finally emerged on stage for their act, yet Cress was nowhere in sight* |

*As other actors began wandering around, she was nudged back to follow him yet again. Her breathing grew worse, and she quickly lost the ability to speak. Unfortunately, this meant that she could no longer voice the fact that she didn't belong there.* "Here- Sicily and Mei will help you with hair and makeup. Hope you're ready for the drop, doll." *He opened the door, shoved her inside, and then closed it, leaving her in a room with two other women.* *Within just five minutes, she was fully dressed in a deep purple and black dress that hardly went down to her thighs. She wore a leotard underneath, but she was still immensely uncomfortable. People had been constantly pushing her around and taking her to different rooms, and she was officially having a full-blown panic attack. The same man from before was waiting with her backstage, and she was practically paralyzed.* You have to tell him you shouldn't be here. *She turned to grab his attention, but he was already going out to his starting position. She was quickly taken up a short, steep flight of stairs, and suddenly ended up at the top of a trapeze pad.* "Next up is the illusive Diego, with his newest partner, Lady Eris!" *The ringleader announced as the smoke in the lobby cleared. She was shoved forward and handed a trapeze pole. Her entire body was shaking, and she had tears in her eyes. Diego was down on the ground, doing some sort of fancy light show with what she assumed was illusion magic, but she was too high up to tell.* "That's your cue!" *Someone hissed from behind her, shoving her forwards and off the platform. She hardly even had time to think as she fell, but ended up hitting the ground pretty hard. She seemed completely unaffected, and stood up just fine. Diego had a shocked and confused look on his face, but kept going with the illusions.* "STOP!" *She screamed, causing the illusions to quickly crumble and fall to the ground in the form of ash. Things began to turn black around her, and the vibrant life of the circus seemed to melt away into a dim void. Diego and the ring leader quickly realised she wasn't supposed to be there, and Diego reached forwards to try and get her off of the stage. She reacted almost immediately and pulled away, not wanting him to get hurt by trying to touch her. This was a living nightmare for her, but the crowd seemed completely mesmerised by the display.* Sorry lol- Ate some tacos )) Totally textwalled ye there )) |

*Through a spiral of crimson flame, Cress stepped out and into his dressing room, once the flame vanished with a light cackle he heard what seemed like an army of people running past his door, with a sigh he closed it and sat down in the chair located in front of his oak vanity and rested his head on it with a loud thump! Ugh!!! Cress shouldn't have done that!!!! Now they will expect grander things from Cress, he though with a somber whimper then looked at himself in the mirror* "Shit!!! Where's Eris!" *He heard a women cry out next to his door, he raised a brow and tilted his head, it seemed she was talking on the phone for the other person was yelling but it was too muffled to be fully heard* "No, we got a different girl up there and now we might face lawsuits!" *The women continued screaming, leaving Cress to wonder how they made such a horrid mistake, then remembered the female who seemed to be having a panic attack from earlier, She shouldn't be here, even Cress knows she wasn't with us and Cress is deemed CrAZy Khehehehehheheh, he started to giggle* |

*And dum* *Astrid turned and ran, leaving a trail of chaos in her wake. People finally seemed to realise she wasn't supposed to be there, and they had been trying to get her off the stage. The crowd, however, thought it was an absolutely incredible performance. They also, luckily, seemed to think it was planned.* "Shit- Who the hell was that?! Eris is supposed to be another illusionist!" *Diego hissed, but the ring leader just told him to shut up and act like it was normal.* *Astrid needed to be alone. This had been literal hell, and she had to calm down before she brought the whole tent down with her. She ran down the hall to the dressing rooms and shut herself inside the first unlocked one she could find. She collapsed in front of the door and brought her knees up to her chest, watching as everything in the room turned grey, and nearly half of it crumbled.* |

"SHUT UP SHUT UP!!!!" *Cress grabbed his head and started to shake a little, So StUpId YoU ArE WhaT Is YoUr ReAl NamE HMmmmmMmmmmmmm, the voice continued to tease, and with a deep breath Cress sat up and smirked* "Names don't matter much…" *He looked down then started to laugh, years he had spent being tossed around like a prized bull, years of being told what to do and what to wear, how to act, when to act and how behave like the perfect cute little man, however, the one thing that no one can control, even himself, is his laughter. "Deep into the hole Cress hides, laughing away oh the delay of Cress' sanity!" *He started to sing to himself, and sounded crazy* "How long will it take, before we all wash away? Among the broken fools Cress will wait, longing for you, hiding for you…." |
