Uhh- I'm not really sure about that tbh. Syren asking for help implies that she's not an absolute monster, aaaand she totally is. It also seems like she would be the one to benefit from Cypress going off the rails. ;-; ))

Welll when ya think about it…Syren needed Ara to help with the creation of Cress, in lore it is possible fer one to go mad or die when someone takes too much power, and with so much blood shed…can Syren really handle it? Cypress is a fire demon, an a mad one at that, it took Ara to manipulate his soul to ensure he wouldn't make Cress completely mad an Syren could only use so much blood at a time, hence why the two each other, oh an Cress merely took the identity of an old man he friend so Cress isn't really Cress, makes one wonder if he too is mad

Got any ideas tho?

Nope. Brain is empty. I'm tryna mush our ideas together, but I really just don't like the idea of Syren getting any form of redemption, or positive representation. :/
I feel like because Ara and Syren are technically his creators, Cypress might be somewhat willing to obey them, even in his demented state. That's why I was thinking he either goes after Astrid himself, or does Syren's bidding. It's cool if you don't want to, but we'll have to come up with something else in that case. :^

First we need to get Cress to loss his shit, which Cypress has been doin in dah background, ah know how tah make it work, den once Syren gets a hold on Cress Cypress will emerge an start collectin peeps fer Syren, an just go on a murderous hunt, burnin down bulldins an workin tah make Cress seem more horrifyin, more demonic, so he's workin to bring himself, Cypress, out then he'll go after Astrid she did, after all, make Cress think he has a reason to live, can't have that now can we?

*Syren's eyes sparkled at the thought of the power and cash she will obtain before capturing her prize, Astrid's blood, the figure didn't make a sound as he vanished into the shadows and is now lurking in Astrid's home, he can't be seen yet the air grew heavy and Cress felt he was being watched, he looked up from watching Loran and shifted on the couch a little*

*Mutiple voices spoke at once, Cress started to panic and found himself paralyzed in fear, he knew who this was and that was what terrified him, his head twitched violently and he gripped it, Let me out Cress!!, Cypress hissed and flames started to envelop him*

*The figure hissed as Crsss became taken over by shadows*
