"Cress.?" *She called his name, seeing how he gripped at his head. She was going to approach him, but stopped when she finally noticed the shadows, and the odd figure near Cress.* "Hey- What the fuck?!" *She snapped, feeling her heart drop. She didn't know who- or what this thing was, but she knew it was doing something to Cress.* "Cress! Snap the fuck out of it!" *She told him, still keeping her distance. She was in no condition to fight, or flee from anything right now. Her stitches still hurt severely, and she could barely stand.* |

*Cress snaped then roared in pain until he blacked out, suddenly, the shadows, the figure and Cress vanished* "Deere dooo tell the sweetest lies, you can't even lie like a true man you whiny bitch, ooohh" *A deep, demonic voice sang* "Can't even tell you how to fight my worthless love oh tell me more lies just like I tell you everyday" *It trailed off and the air grew light, as if nothing happened, Lorna was no where to be seen as well* |

*No one had questioned her when she walked into the mostly empty tent, and she quickly made her way back towards Cress' room. She saw that the door was unlocked, and that nothing inside had been touched. Shit shit shi- Her thoughts were interrupted by a sudden hissing sound coming from behind.* "Who the hell are you?* *A woman asked, causing Astrid to turn around.* "Astrid- I'm assuming you're Medusa?" *She asked, remembering Cress mentioning the name at some point.* "Ohhh- So you're his girlfriend? Say, is he still with you?" "No- Some weird shadow thing took him from the living room, and I was hoping he'd come back here." *She sighed, seeming panicked as she fiddled with the bottom of her shirt. She hadn't even bothered correcting the woman on their relationship status.* |

"WHERE IS CRESS?!!!!! SHAAAADDDOOOOWWWWWW GET CRESS THE FUCK OUT OF HEEEEERRRRREEEE" *Cress roared in anger and ignite the room in blazing hell fire, he didn't know where he was and was worried about Astrid, he didn't want her to hurt herself once more and so he started to struggled against the chains in a rage induced fit, then felt something pierce through his neck and blacked out, causing the flames to vanish, hours pass and he slowly regained conscious, yet he couldn't move, but his eyes were wide open, he witnessed Syren holding Lorna above her head, she was speaking but he couldn't register the words, his head was throbbing and he felt incredibly thirsty, once he witnessed Syren dig her claw like nails in Lorna's sides panic flooded his heart and tried to move but he couldn't, he wanted to scream but couldn't, he couldn't even blink, and passed out soon after. Cress didn't know where he was, or why everything felt cold, and oddly enough, he knew his body was moving, he knew hours had passed and he was speaking but he wasn't controlling his actions* "Seems Cypress is finally taking over.." *Syren gently placed Lorna on Cress' bare chest, and once more, Cress black out, perhaps forever* |

*Astrid thought for a while, trying to figure out where he might've gone. She genuinely had no clue, but she figured that Syren probably had something to do with this. It'd been several hours, now, and she was still panicking. She'd been tempted to cut herself, but some part of her knew that it would have pissed Cress off if she did. At the very least, she wouldn't try to kill herself. She was standing outside the library, fidgeting with her phone while she thought.* "Dear, you shouldn't still be here. We closed hours ago!" *The librarian sighed, sounding worried.* "I know. . I'm just worried. I'll go soon." *She replied, still fidgeting.* ". . Alright. Just make sure to get home before midnight, alright?" *Astrid just nodded and continued thinking, popping a few of her anxiety pills to keep herself under control.* |

"Definitely fighting it.." *Syren watched as Cress' body started to painfully changed, his bones where a bit disfigured and he roared in pain, horns started to form on his head and was growing spikes down his spine, it was his usual transformation yet is seemed…forced and unnatural* "KnOck HiM out!!!!" *A deep, demonic voice ordered Syren who tilted her head as she watched Lorna spit out fire and started to rub her tiny head against Cress' leg, but she retreated shortly after* "I can't, you have to take over Cypress, I knocked Cress out hours ago but it's up to you to get him out!" *Syren snapped then noticed Lorna who seemed conflicted, despite being a serpent, she really seemed attached to Cress, and seemed to sense that something was wrong, she retreated from this thing taking over Cress' body but clearly didn't want to leave him alone, she seemed to understand that Cress was still there* "Fuck, Cresssssssssss wOnt LET ME TAKE OVER!!" *Flames spewed out as a tail formed and the spikes were now charged with crimson fire* "Hmm….perhaps we should put Cress into a depressed state…I remember it would make my job easier..reminding him how his parents never looked for him…he would curled up into a tight ball and cry for hours.." *Syren seemed irritated as she remembered the times Cress would try fighting her, then fixated her gaze upon the wreathing Cypress as he lashed his tail* "Heeee took An OlD mAn'S ideNtiTy Last!" *Cypress snapped then lapped over in pain* |

"Figured I should check in, and got tones of sweets for Cress, also to see if you need anything, I think that since you're taking care of Cress I should at least offer to do the groceries or anything really" *She smiled a little and glanced around the area then slowly gave Astrid a stern look* "….where is he?" *Then her face dropped* "Uh…did he…lose it…again?" *Lorna was staring to change herself and grew tiny horns as her her sides where Syren had scratched her glowed a bright shade of red, she clearly took the pain better then Cypress who had passed out, Syren grinned ear to ear, pleased with the results, Cypress as taken over physically but not mentally. and Lorna clearly wasn't going to abandon her master, or so she thought, turned out the serpent slithered away when she wasn't looking* "Where the fuck is she?!" *Syren searched the entire area but to no avail, she cussed under her breath, she wasn't strong enough to to harvest blood from a distance and started to roam around the area, looking in every nook and cranny until she gave up* "Shit" *She growled under her breath, just as Cypress slowly got up* "Ugh…where's the snake?" *He squinted, he breathed out smoke as he spoke, and was looking more demon then man* "And why does it matter?" *He stuck his arms out from the bars and groaned in pain, his entire body was sore from spikes forming on his shoulders and spine, his legs from a bit as well and had long claws with razor sharp teeth and upward curled horns* "Weellll I used your and Cress' blood to make her a badass fire serpent..oh and now she's technically your daughter…" *Syren rubbed her neck as Cypress squinted at her* "The fuck is wrong with you?!" *He snapped then gripped his head, Cress was still trying to regain control,Let Cress go!!!! No! My turn to have fun you bitch!* |

*Astrid hesitated, not quite knowing what to say at first. She knew Ara had a right to know, but she also knew the other would be pissed beyond belief.* "No. . some shadow demon thing came and kidnapped him right out of the goddamn living room." *She sighed, sounding stressed.* "I went and checked the circus, but he's not there. No one's seen him, not even Medusa." *She was trying not to panic, but was gradually failing.* |

"Shadow is just like Cress, but he is a half shadow demon born, I spent years trying to find out what he is, and…last I hear he was with Syren.." *Her voice shook a little and she wiped the tears from her face, and tried composing herself but the idea of making Shadow do this…before Ara could think she fell to her knees and every living creature in the area's soul started to swirl around her* "Give..me a second…" *She started to cry* "Remember Cress…no one loves you, bet Astrid thinks you a worthless screw up" *Syren purred, causing Cypress to slowly take over Cress' body completely, yet Cress still had some will power, N-no!!! She said she likes Cress!!! Why would Astrid lie like that?! Why because she wants you to suffer, remember the others? Ohhhh they hate you sooo MUCH KEHEHEHH, Cypress managed to force Cesss to think things over, just enough to fully take over, Syren grinned* |
