Terms of Service

1. I only accept , , and a select list of grove items. The grove items I accept are: RMAs, total shuffles, MAs, base changers, and guaranas.

2. Payment must be given up front.

3. Please do not ask for NSFW, suggestive, or otherwise adult artwork from me. I am not an NSFW artist and I never will be. I will also not allow you to request art that may be offensive or harmful to someone else. You will be instantly blacklisted if you do.

4. You are allowed to ask for progress at any point in the process; however, please do not harass me or pester me too much about it. Try to keep at least a day or two between the last time you ask for progress.

5. I will not refund in the middle of the commission process. A lot of work has been put into the drawing by that time and it would be unfair.

6. My art is not for commercial use. You may not profit off of artwork you have commissioned from me. You are not allowed to sell my artwork or use it for your own monetary gain.

7. I am allowed to decline your commission for one reason or another. If payment has been sent and I decide to not complete the commission, I will refund immediately. Scamming is not in my life bucket list.

8. Commissions may take from a week to a month to be completed. My personal life is very unpredictable which may make it take longer, but I will try to get it done within a 2 month timeframe. I will try to keep communication between the both of us throughout the process, and I will alert you if anything major delays the commission.

9. The character you want me to draw must have a reference. I will not work from descriptions. This makes it easier for the both of us!

10. I may charge extra for characters with complicated designs and/or complicated outfits. If you are unsure whether something is too complicated or not don't be afraid to ask before commissioning.

11. I do accept reference photos of real life animals. You may commission your irl pets to be drawn! Just a disclaimer for real photos, colors may not be 100% accurate. Photos are hard to pick colors from.

12. I will not refund after the commission is completed.

13. If you share on other sites, I would like proper credit: TH, IG, DA

Things I will draw: Ferals (Canines, felines, vulpines), MLP ponies, dragons (Including FR dragons), light gore
Things I may draw: (I do not have a lot of practice drawing these!) Avians
Things I will not draw: Humans, anthros, mechs, heavy gore, NSFW
