Humans left a long time ago, searching the stars for answers, and left their world to die, this roleplay takes place in a faraway land, called Validus, no one knows what caused the magic outbreak, but it changed everyone's lives. Rules: please keep it PG-13 just to be clear relationships & dating are allowed...just don't make it weird. No power playing please announce when you go OOC don't make changes without notifying other players hate the character not the player any breaking rules can result in ban. Magic rules: in this world magic is rarely born into, some can reach a certain age to gain their powers, and it is possible to be born with it, but even those without magic blood can gain them, when going through an extremely (and I mean EXTREMELY these are wolves after all) traumatic experience, wolves will usually manifest a power that had to do with that scenario, like getting carried by a hawk caused them to have feathers, or falling off a cliff allowed them to float. but each power comes with its downsides, something that stops their normal life completely, such as the inability to touch water, or that they remember everything, including when they gained their powers, forever. This is trying to be realistic with mutated wolves, so yeah, no adol leads. When they grow in WD time, then they can lead a pack.

Name: Silent-Steps-in-the-Rain "Rain"

looks brown and quite dull in shadows, but when he hits light you can see the red and all his markings.

Background: He's very cheerful and very much a people...wolf? pleaser! He has Monophobia (the fear of being alone) but never tells anyone about it, and gets extremely paranoid and emotional when he feels alone, he loves learning new thigs because that gives him a reason to talk to others, he likes pups but doesn't enjoy dealing with most for extended periods of time, he came from a pack that chased him out for being too cowardly, but he's a great hunter and can hold his own in a fight.
Rain was born with powers and at first considered a gift from the gods. Born into a litter of three, one pup died at birth, another later was killed by her pack. Only one survived long enough to leave the pack.

It was believed he was a curse to those around him, later the rumor evolved to those he knew the name of, this started because the youngest only died after they were given a name, Sage.

Of course, this was just coincidence. His true power showed first when he was young, while the hunters chased him out of the pack, Rain was ready to die that day.
When he was cornered he screamed, he felt his fur tear, then nothing.
A strong wing swept them away. He ran, and was never seen by his pack again.

powers:
He can manipulate air. Yup. Air. To an extent. He can't take air out of places, he can just make breezes, strong ones and soft ones, he can't stop any that are already happening. His power is only strong enough to make another wolf stumble

It can get triggered by lots of things, but he's incapable of killing anything with it, and can only use it when in times of great stress.

Background: Aloof, independent and keeps to themselves, Mono doesn't get involved in others' problems. When given a task they are very determined to complete it, pushing through countless obstacles. Due to their expressionless demeanor, a fair few find Mono to be stand-offish. But youngster seem to flock to Mono for attention or make it a contest to get a reaction out of them.
Born to a single mother in a pack, Mono spent most of their life around others who either had no home or were seeking refuge. They lived their life as any other pup would. Mono and their mother were well looked after, but the pup at that time never had any close friends. As Mono got older, their expressiveness became increasingly lacking and a cause for misunderstandings. They felt a little alone, but would count their blessings that them and their mother were safe and taken care of. They eventually went off on their own, but know where to find their mother.
Powers: None [At least yet, maybe]
