I went and watched the stream! She confirms it at around 1:58:00. When asked what she looks forward to the most for Lioden and Wolvden she checks with the other devs and then says "I won't go too into detail but we will i try to release an event for February which I'm very excited for. We'll try hard but we may not be able to get it in. It depends on how much coding and art it will take."
Someone mentioned Lioden Valentine vibes in response and she responds "No, we won't be doing Lioden Valentine Vibes. As funny as it would be, no."

Commenting here in the hopes that Xylax will take pity on us and confirm if the Weird Face Stripe Markings is an early version of Honey Butcher or a mix of markings in the shade of Honey

I think it's possible, but I don't want to get my hopes up too strongly. The next variant was clued to be this link. Coywolves would require a lot of new lineart, so if it's coming, it's probably not in the next few updates.

I think it's just as possible that it's a coyote base, mask, or eyes.
