The plot
Wolves that were previously kicked out and became loners have started to kill off the weaker adolescents and pups. The council is confused about what to do because they have no evidence to convict some of the scouts have been sent to find the loners to make them appear in court.

Backstory: Fire Strike was excited to have twin pups, only for her excitement to turn into confusion and fear. Her pups were joined at the butt. She didn't know if they'd be able to live to adulthood, and it proved true when they died before they even weaned. Except, did they die because their little body could not handle being attached like so? Or did someone kill them? Signs point to the second option, and Fire Strike vowed to find whoever killed her pups and bring them to justice.

Backstory: Solar Flare was killed when they started to age, and their body did not seem to separate. Confliction on why they were killed occurred. Some say it was because they were a freak, or perhaps the wolf who killed them was sparing them. Or maybe they died of natural cause? No one really knew what their cause of death was, just that it seemed unnatural, but there was no evidence.
