Suggesting to allow bone marrow to boost any energy level missing less than 20%. As of now if a wolf has over 81% energy to recharge this item doesn't work. This will help people get more activity in when on a time crunch. I have a set sleeping schedule and don't want to stay up extra time just to watch a scout's energy reach 100%.
