Goldens are the absolute sweetest dogs in the world but they're not meant for me. I pet sit a lot for a person with a golden. They're just way too happy and aren't proactive enough for my lifestyle.

Here's my oldest and youngest playing their newest game / job of climbing round bales the second I glance at them.

Oh they love it. And I prefer it to my old dog's choice sport of going after horses. She saw the big draft crush me in the gate and hasn't forgotten. It's now her "job" to bark at horses at the gate and if they're playing with the water trough. Barking is okay. But sometimes she slides under the fence when she charges at them.

The  horses don't care but scares the crap out of me. Thousands of dollars on her cancer treatment and she's gonna get herself kicked smh

Omg, I wouldn't want that to happen. I know how horses are and what they're capable of doing.

Yes, and especially how hard they kick. I know from experience. Don't ask I just know.

They bite too just like any other animal if they're feeling threatened
