She huffed something that sounded almost like a laugh, rubbing her head against Silas's side. I'm always serious. She sounded indignant, but also playful. She knew for a fact that she treated most serious things like they weren't important just because she hated her wolf form. Aeronwen puffed her fur up, letting out a sharp puff of air through her nostrils. I can protect myself just fine, Silas. She rolled her lavenderish-red eyes, eyes narrowing at the Alpha. The albino wolf sniffed the air, trying to see if anything else had come into scent range. She could smell the faint scent of other wolves, were they.. were they other turneds? She thought, face pinching up in confusion. But.. aren't we the only werewolf pack out here? She shook her head, starting to trot forwards in the direction of the human smell. Every now and then lifting her white snout to the air to make sure she was on the right track. |

Silas Silas felt her soft head brush against his side and let it happen, dropping his head a bit. His skin prickled a bit on the inside. He still wasn't used to having affection, particularly touch. It was something he didn't think of for so long. It terrified him. The wolf was glad he didn't show emotions so outwardly in this form. Even though he enjoyed it, it didn't come easy to him. Touch felt like a gift. He wasn't sure how to respond to it. He turned his blue eye towards the white wolf, You're strong, I know. Just let us be there for you. His words were even, holding back. Then, just as brief, he moved away from her and closer to the strange smell. The earth had cracked up ahead. Snow gave way to large rocks, steely against the white, broken where water melted and froze and melted and carved it's way through tons of stone. Be extra careful around here, He warned, The snow might be deeper than you expect. The earth can swallow you up. |

We can shift back! I made it back to the cabin, you just need to focus and it'll come to you! We should go explore... we don't have to worry about being cold anymore, we can smell so much more... this is wonderful! ☽𓂂☾☽𓂂☾☽𓂂☾ Amaris The silver she-wolf trotted in a small circle, lengthening her stride to circle around behind Aeronwen with a happily waving tail, silent agreement to follow along behind them. A huff of amusement as Aeronwen claims she could protect herself, You're almost as bad as a human trying to find their way in the snow as a wolf the other teased, poking a cold nose into the unnaturally white fur of Aeronwen's flank and prancing out of reach for any retaliation. But they calmed as the rocks before them showed, breaking through the crust of the ice. Head low and steps careful, they watched the others walk before stepping where they did. Cautious and careful, paws light on the snow that could give way at any second. |
