Alright, I chose a midpoint between both options. Maybe Cardinal escaped while Aloe was trying to fight? He's injured, really badly, but he won't die. So, here comes the question, does Cardinal think he saved her, or will she pretend he just got himself into trouble? Because depending on perspective, she might think he didn't try to help, he just tried to hunt and got injured. 		AnonymousBirb

It might be interesting if she tried to force/threaten him to be friends— obviously those years of treating him badly won't wear off in a second. And she might not even realize it's wrong.
I think it'd be an interesting conflict in their relationship. But you decide, of course ^^ she's your character. 		AnonymousBirb

Idk, many people still have childish habits as adults, and what she was doing all along has been pretty childish, just pushing Aloe around because he's easy to bully.
