[LF] a little bit a' custom css or css help, perhaps?

I was hoping to figure CSS enough to get a fixed background, custom cursor, new font and new colour scheme, but I haven't got much experience with coding from scratch, so trying to figure it out hasn't been very fruitful so far. It's surely more efficient to make a forum post asking for specifically what I need!

If someone would make custom CSS for me, I have exactly 330 sc and that's all, and I would like to have a little bit left over from paying so my budget is 300 sc.

haha i'm not sure if you're still looking since this thread is a month old at this point but if you're still ISO custom css i could deffo make you some(preferably not for very much pay since i wouldn't consider myself good and wouldn't want you paying a huge amount for it)
