They removed mutations showing during scrying when they added Gene's Hollow.

so i have to ask if any pied to pied pairing youll get some sort of pied right? like a briewer pied to a torn pied for example. I could get either or? does it still increase the chances of getting a pie? or is it like torn to torn will increase but the two types will be as if your breeding to a non carrier?

no, while there are four different types of piebald, they should be treated as separate mutations when breeding! Your odds of getting a pie only increase when bred to a pie of the same variant. (torn x torn, uneven x uneven, biewer x biewer, frontal x frontal)

breeding a torn x uneven, for example, would have about the same odds of you getting either type as a pie x non-pie breeding.
