We all know there is a farmhouse in the grasslands. What if the raccoon has been sneaking there to steal food to sell to us? But I won't stop there. The raccoon also has a tendency to take your cones and then "run out of cones to trade with". What if he is channeling them off to the questing snake? Yes, I am going to bring the snake into this. It's fairly obvious where she gets this, from players buying her pups. But what does she do with the profit? Why, of course, she gives it to our friend, Mr Raccoon. This also goes for the herbalist (diagnosing), the fertility snake (pasque flowers and juniper berries), the personality snake (all personality changing items), Gene (gene tests), and even the mysterious NPC controlling the scrying stone! After all, a stone can't ask for SC, can it? With the SC he receives, the raccoon purchases the items we see in his shop for cheap and resells them to make a profit, distributed among the NPCs who helped. This..Makes sense- I headcannoned this a few months ago, this is the exacy reason I dont interact with any npc except herbert and questing snake, Maybe if we stop buying/trading from them, we can stop them??

I think that the bear is working with the snake and the mouse rather then the raccoon. I get way too many quests to give the bear a pup for that to be a coincidence.
