Hello there, as by the title, I need help getting a PNG image to submit my custom decor.

This is what the thumbnail looks like, and as you see it shows up in the forum


However this is the link imgur gives me when I open image in a new tab, despite it being able to be used in the forum

I can also use Google images to upload to the forum, see it works here too:


But like imgur, the link it gives me doesn't end in PNG

Both links do not end in PNG, so therefore the custom decor does not let me submit it.

I need help with how or where to turn this image into a PNG

that's odd.. if you open the image in a new tab it should give you a .png link that should work if i'm not mistaken.

Idk, a few months ago it would have a PNG when I opened into a new tab, now it just has "medium" at the end of it and idk what to do, since I don't want to waste the custom decor item

Try this? Your image had a file format of WEBP, so I converted it and uploaded it to imgur

Huh, thank you, I was able to submit it (we'll see if it works with the mods, cause it got rejected for html issues and the image not appearing), and it was only the thumbnail that needed the PNG.

Can you walk me through how you converted it then uploaded it?

Of course!

I used this site ezgif, because I've used them before for file conversions. I put in one of the URLs, clicked upload, then convert to PNG, then the save button.

I just uploaded that file to imgur and double-checked the URL ending, if that makes any sense.
